SPARC, Seniors Partnering with Artists Citywide, is a community
arts engagement program that places artists-in-residence at senior
centers across the five boroughs of New York City. Artists selected
through the program’s competitive application process will receive a
stipend and access to workspace in senior centers in exchange for the
creation and delivery of arts programming for seniors. Application
materials and guidelines are available on the websites of the five
borough arts councils. The deadline for submissions is October 31, 2012.
